Catriona has been working as a therapist for 15 years. She provides therapy and counselling for adults on relationships, anxiety, performance pressures, business coaching, depression, life phases, anger management and living with chronic illness. She also has considerable experience working with people from different cultures and countries.

Catriona is a lively, flexible, open and understanding therapist whose know-how helps clients make the changes they want from coming to therapy. Catriona offers both adult personal, relationship and couples therapy.

Her experience as a counsellor includes working with the children's charity Childline, as a psychotherapist in the NHS at Kings College Hospital, and as a counsellor in a community counselling service in Highbury Counselling Service. Catriona has also worked in business and the public sector in senior publishing and communication roles.

Catriona has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) focusing on History, English and Music. She has a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and is completing an advanced diploma in clinical supervision and group work. She supervises the clinical work of Masters and Doctoral candidates at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling as well as trained psychotherapists and counsellors. She is registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP) as a psychotherapist and works to their standards and strict ethical code.
